I build operational infrastructure and drive cross-functional execution at high-growth companies. Currently, I lead business operations at FlexAI, where we're making AI workload management effortless.

Background

My career spans aerospace operations engineering, technical program management, and business operations leadership across SaaS and AI sectors. I specialize in translating strategy into execution and building the operational backbone that enables rapid scaling for high-growth startups.

At FlexAI, I lead core operational initiatives—building metrics infrastructure, establishing cross-functional processes, and driving organizational readiness through high-growth phases and fundraising milestones. I thrive in the space between strategy and execution, focusing on operational excellence and process optimization.

Before FlexAI, I spent several years at Planet Labs leading technical programs for their satellite imaging constellation, and had a summer stint at Apple working on supply chain optimization.

I hold an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business.

Side projects

Outside of work, I build small data-driven projects—including weekly MLS power rankings and a composite Household Economic Pulse index. I also write the occasional note.
